Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use HEIDI COMMAND (the "service"), operated by Linus Svenning (sole proprietorship, Sweden), reachable at [email protected]. By creating an account you accept them. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

1. What the service does

HEIDI COMMAND lets you create artist and influencer profiles, upload songs, images and texts, and have clips built, captions written and posts published automatically on the social media accounts you connect (currently TikTok, Instagram and Facebook). The engine chooses clips, timing and wording on its own within the limits you set in your studio.

2. Your account

Access is by invitation. Keep your login private and give us correct contact details.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
You are responsible for everything that happens on your account and for every profile you create on it.

3. Your content and rights

You keep all rights to what you upload. You confirm that you own the rights to the music, images and texts you use, or have permission to use them, including the right to have them published on social media.
You give us permission to store, process, cut, combine and publish your material, and to send it to our publishing partner and AI providers, solely to deliver the service to you.
Posts are published in your name on your accounts. You are the publisher and responsible for their content. Where a platform offers a label for AI-generated content we set it.
You can pause a profile, change what the engine may use, or delete a profile at any time in the studio.

4. Connected platforms

When you connect a social account you authorise us and our publishing partner to publish on it. The platform's own terms apply to those accounts. We do not control the platforms and are not responsible for their decisions, outages, reach or for restrictions or bans they impose. Do not connect an account you are not entitled to use.

5. Plans, the free tank and payment

BYGG is free: you build your profile, and when it is ready we switch on a free tank of a limited number of posts over a limited time (currently 30 posts over 14 days). When the tank is empty or expired, posting stops until you choose a plan. Nothing you built is lost.
Paid plans (LITE, PRO, LABEL and extra artists) are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Prices are shown in USD and exclude VAT where VAT applies. The plan's limits (number of artists, posts per day, AI images per month, channels) are shown on the plan page in the service.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the plan then runs until the end of the period you have paid for. Partial periods are not refunded unless the law says otherwise.
If you are a consumer in the EU you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting a paid plan you ask us to begin the service right away, and you accept that the right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully delivered for that period and is otherwise limited to what has not yet been delivered.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies from your next renewal after the notice.
If a payment fails we may pause posting until it is settled.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to publish content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual involving minors, deceptive, infringing, or that breaks the rules of the platform it is posted on; to spam, impersonate others or manipulate platforms; or to probe, overload or attack the service. We may remove content, pause a profile or close an account that breaks these rules.

7. Availability

We run the service with care but provide it as is. Automatic posting depends on third parties (platforms, publishing partner, AI providers) and we cannot promise it never pauses. We may change, limit or stop features, and will tell you in advance when a change matters to you.

8. Termination

You can close your account whenever you want. We can close an account that breaks these terms or has been inactive and unpaid for a long time. After closure your profiles are paused and your material is kept for 90 days, then deleted, as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost income, followers or reach, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us during the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

10. Law and disputes

Swedish law applies. Disputes are handled by Swedish courts. Consumers may also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) or the EU online dispute resolution platform.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Changes that matter are announced by email or in the service at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.

Short version: your content stays yours, you own what gets posted, the free tank is a gift with a limit, paid plans renew until you cancel, and we do our best but cannot control TikTok.

1. Vad tjänsten gör

HEIDI COMMAND låter dig skapa artist- och influencerprofiler, ladda upp låtar, bilder och texter, och få klipp byggda, captions skrivna och inlägg publicerade automatiskt på de sociala konton du kopplar (idag TikTok, Instagram och Facebook). Motorn väljer klipp, tid och formulering på egen hand inom de ramar du satt i din studio.

2. Ditt konto

Tillgång sker via inbjudan. Håll din inloggning privat och ge oss korrekta kontaktuppgifter.
Du måste vara minst 18 år för att använda tjänsten.
Du ansvarar för allt som sker på ditt konto och för varje profil du skapar på det.

3. Ditt innehåll och dina rättigheter

Du behåller alla rättigheter till det du laddar upp. Du intygar att du äger rättigheterna till musiken, bilderna och texterna du använder, eller har tillstånd att använda dem, inklusive rätten att få dem publicerade på sociala medier.
Du ger oss tillstånd att lagra, bearbeta, klippa, kombinera och publicera ditt material, och att skicka det till vår publiceringspartner och våra AI-leverantörer, enbart för att leverera tjänsten till dig.
Inlägg publiceras i ditt namn på dina konton. Du är avsändare och ansvarar för innehållet. Där en plattform erbjuder märkning av AI-genererat innehåll sätter vi den.
Du kan när som helst pausa en profil, ändra vad motorn får använda, eller radera en profil i studion.

4. Kopplade plattformar

När du kopplar ett socialt konto ger du oss och vår publiceringspartner rätt att publicera på det. Plattformens egna villkor gäller för de kontona. Vi styr inte plattformarna och ansvarar inte för deras beslut, driftstörningar, räckvidd eller för begränsningar och avstängningar de gör. Koppla inte ett konto du inte har rätt att använda.

5. Planer, den fria tanken och betalning

BYGG är gratis: du bygger din profil, och när den är redo slår vi på en fri tank med ett begränsat antal inlägg under en begränsad tid (idag 30 inlägg på 14 dagar). När tanken är tom eller har gått ut stannar postningen tills du väljer en plan. Inget du byggt går förlorat.
Betalda planer (LITE, PRO, LABEL och extra artister) är prenumerationer som faktureras månadsvis eller årsvis via Stripe. Priser visas i USD exklusive moms där moms gäller. Planens gränser (antal artister, inlägg per dag, AI-bilder per månad, kanaler) visas på plansidan i tjänsten.
Prenumerationer förnyas automatiskt tills de sägs upp. Du kan säga upp när som helst; planen gäller då perioden ut. Delar av perioder återbetalas inte om inte lagen säger annat.
Är du konsument inom EU har du normalt 14 dagars ångerrätt. Genom att starta en betald plan ber du oss påbörja tjänsten direkt, och du godkänner att ångerrätten upphör när tjänsten är fullgjord för perioden och i övrigt begränsas till det som ännu inte levererats.
Vi kan ändra priser med minst 30 dagars varsel. Nytt pris gäller från din nästa förnyelse efter varslet.
Misslyckas en betalning kan vi pausa postningen tills den är reglerad.

6. Tillåten användning

Du får inte använda tjänsten för att publicera innehåll som är olagligt, hatiskt, trakasserande, sexuellt med minderåriga, vilseledande, intrångsgörande eller som bryter mot reglerna på plattformen det postas på; för att spamma, utge dig för att vara någon annan eller manipulera plattformar; eller för att kartlägga, överbelasta eller angripa tjänsten. Vi kan ta bort innehåll, pausa en profil eller stänga ett konto som bryter mot detta.

7. Tillgänglighet

Vi driver tjänsten med omsorg men tillhandahåller den i befintligt skick. Automatisk postning beror på tredje parter (plattformar, publiceringspartner, AI-leverantörer) och vi kan inte lova att den aldrig pausar. Vi kan ändra, begränsa eller stänga funktioner, och säger till i förväg när en ändring spelar roll för dig.

8. Uppsägning

Du kan stänga ditt konto när du vill. Vi kan stänga ett konto som bryter mot villkoren eller som varit inaktivt och obetalt länge. Efter stängning pausas dina profiler och materialet sparas i 90 dagar, sedan raderas det, enligt integritetspolicyn.

9. Ansvar

I den utsträckning lagen tillåter ansvarar vi inte för indirekta förluster som utebliven inkomst, följare eller räckvidd, och vårt sammanlagda ansvar för ett krav är begränsat till de avgifter du betalat oss under de tre månaderna före kravet. Inget i villkoren begränsar rättigheter du har som konsument enligt tvingande lag.

10. Lag och tvister

Svensk lag gäller. Tvister prövas av svensk domstol. Konsumenter kan också vända sig till Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN, arn.se) eller EU:s plattform för tvistlösning online.

11. Ändringar i villkoren

Vi kan uppdatera villkoren. Ändringar som spelar roll meddelas via e-post eller i tjänsten minst 30 dagar innan de börjar gälla. Fortsätter du använda tjänsten efter det gäller de nya villkoren.
